Sofrito is a staple cooking base traditionally used in Puerto Rico and throughout the Caribbean. An aromatic blend of herbs and spices, use Tåbuena Homemade Sofrito to season dishes like soups, stews, beans and rice.

Thaw out cubes to use as a rub for meats or to add a robust flavor to sautéed vegetables.

To quick-thaw cubes, place cube in a microwave bowl for 30 seconds. Add 15 sec for each additional cube.

Serving Suggestion, 1-2 Cubes per dish.
